Frequently asked questions

Have questions before your visit? We’ve answered some of the most common questions about our tastings, wine dispensers, bookings, events, food, and venue experiences below. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, feel free to get in touch with our team.

  • Our self-serve wine dispensers allow you to explore a wide range of Marlborough wines at your own pace. Choose between a tasting pour, half glass, or full glass using your tasting card - perfect for discovering new favourites sip by sip.

When you arrive at the venue, you will be given your own card and our friendly staff will explain how you use it. Just pop it into the machine, select your wine and size of choice, and it will be charged to your card. You will then pay at the end of your experience.

  • Walk-ins are always welcome, however we recommend booking ahead for guided tastings, larger groups, weekends, and special events to ensure availability.

  • We proudly showcase a curated selection of Marlborough wines from a range of local producers, including Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris, sparkling wines, and more.

  • No problem at all - while wine is a big part of the experience, we also offer a curated selection of local beers, gins, whiskey tastings, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
